The Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO) is a vibrant, values driven NFP, focused on partnering with Government and the community to co-design services that create real social change. We are an organisation with a bold vision to create a safe and inclusive community where prison truly is the last resort. Our purpose is to strengthen the wellbeing of our communities by advocating for and delivering services which divert people away from the justice system.
The People and Culture Advisor reports to the Manager, People and Culture and will be based at our North Richmond office, however hybrid working options are supported! We have other offices around Victoria and there is an expectation for ad hoc day travel to other offices to visit.
Our People and Culture Advisor provides support in the following areas.
What's most important to us is someone with the right attitude and values. This role would also suit a recent HR Graduate who has high potential, driven and eager to learn.
We are a small, high performing and close-knit team who work hard but love a laugh. It's really important that we find the right team member.
