The Position

As a member of the People, Culture & Safety (PCS) function, the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to support resourcing of recruitment requirements and introduce new talent into the organisation. This role will see you partnering with the Talent Acquisition Advisor and the wider People, Culture and Safety team as support throughout the recruitment process. The role sits within a small, friendly, and collaborative PC&S team, where everyone actively contributes to a culture of innovation, customer service, continuous improvement and performance and work together to ensure quality outcomes to our stakeholders.

You will bring:

  • Hands-on experience in a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role
  • Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining recruitment systems
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-volume environment and with manual processes
  • Able to easily build strong and effective partnerships, collaborating across the business to provide high quality recruitment support
  • Have your COVID-19 Vaccination certificate (double-dosed) or an approved Government Exemption
  • Have a current Paid Blue Card (or able to obtain before commencement)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check required if your Blue Card was applied for or renewed post 1 February 2021
