What you will do
Support the delivery of talent and organisational development solutions and services in line with Aspect’s strategic plan and business unit workforce strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Contribute to and support the design, development, implementation and operation of services, solutions, frameworks, programs and processes aligned with Aspect’s strategic plan and business plans.
- Support and provide input to the Talent & Organisational Development Manager in contributing to the development and implementation of workforce strategies.
- Implement a standard for an organisation-wide approach to learning design and delivery, using adult learning principles in Aspect’s context, and build and coordinate an Aspect learning and development community of practice.
- Perform the role of system administrator of Aspect’s learning management system, and provide coaching and access to learning to super users in each business unit.
- Perform the role of subject matter expert in Aspect’s e-learning content development application, and provide coaching and access to learning to super users / community of practice members.
- Coordinate the new starter induction program, and deliver relevant components.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to improve and automate processes, reduce administrative workload, and optimise utilisation of the learning management system.
- Lead and/or contribute to People, Culture and Safety projects in line with subject matter expertise and areas of responsibility.
- Build and maintain effective relationship with internal and external stakeholders and providers.

What we are looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in organisational development, learning, human resources, or other relevant discipline.
- Working knowledge of contemporary practices in the field of workforce capability and performance development, and adult learning in an organisational context.
- Experience in learning design and delivery – including e-learning content development – and coaching and facilitation with individuals and teams.
- Experience in and aptitude for learning management technology platform administration and development.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Mindset for positive change, and commitment to and aptitude for process improvement.
- Willingness to travel to regional and interstate sites from time to time.
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance.
