About Autism Friendly and role purpose:

Aspect has a new core strategy to develop community understanding about autism and work to create a more inclusive world - expansion and scale of the Autism Friendly consulting business has been identified as an early priority of this role.  You’ll be a solid business savvy all-rounder who will enjoy creating and progressing strategies to fuel growth; reach, profit and impact - supporting our neuro-divergent team in the process. In time you’ll also cross other parts of Aspect’s work through a holistic partnership lens.

What the role looks like

No one day will be quite the same, but throughout your time, we will see you performing these duties: 

• Ensure that customer enquiries, the production of proposals and marketing collateral from client engagement is of a high quality, priced accurately and turned around quickly
• Work with Aspect marketing to develop further and package the Autism Friendly products, pricing and service offerings
• In collaboration with Aspect finance provide weekly, monthly and quarterly actual and forecasting reports outlining all activity, trends and forecasting around both core and bespoke products

Who are you?

We are looking for a superstar who has the skills and enjoys:

• 5+ years’ experience in philanthropic fundraising, senior sales, new business development, consulting or disability social enterprise role
• A genuine passion for social change or disability sector. Open and comfortable about working in a neuro-diverse team
• Strong written and verbal skills – strong ability to develop compelling proposals, pitching presentation and negotiate contracts
