At Aspect Adult Community Services, we create a supportive, fun, collaborative atmosphere for both staff and participants.
As a Support Worker, you will work within a supportive group environment to develop your knowledge and skills. Our enthusiastic team create a positive environment enabling you to provide quality, direct support to our participants on the autism spectrum. We hold daily team meetings every morning and afternoon, to ensure you are supported in your position with us. A satisfying and fun working with participants as they reach their personal goals. Programs of support reflect the goals and interests of our participants. Activities in our program include personal training/fitness, cooking/kitchen operations, photography, podcasting, horticulture, and the arts. Recently, our participants hosted their own art exhibition.
Operating Monday to Friday, between 8:45am-3:15pm, we have multiple roles available, with a minimum of 3 days per week.
