Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW.

Undertake routine processes and procedures to assist in providing clients with quality client nursing and disability support services, taking a person-centred approach in line with the customer service framework and in compliance with the organisation's policies, processes, and procedures, to meet the National Standards for Disability Services and all regulatory and legislative requirements.
The drop-in service provides care to people who either reside in their own homes and require community access, personal care, domestic care and you will be required to ensure they are safely assisted in the community for such things as Dr's appointments etc. - these are not group home shifts and are usually Monday to Friday ranging from 3 - 8 hours in length.

As Support Worker you will use your enthusiasm and experience to support independence for people with disabilities in all aspects of life. This includes - but is not limited to activities like - personal care, domestic and daily living support, budgeting, shopping, cooking and community participation.
