  • Pay rate ranges from $55 - $60K plus salary packaging and superannuation
  • Base location: North Ryde. Hybrid model arrangements in place.

About this role:

Reporting to the GM Marketing, Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage the Achieve Australia's websites and digital assets - keeping content current, keeping the platform optimised and utilised to communicate to Achieve Australia's audiences.

The person selected for this role will be Achieve Australia's social media champion who can confidently navigate social media landscape, and have their finger on the pulse of emerging trends, practices and channels, and understand the intricacies of creating content across all key channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram).

Some of the accountabilities of the role are as follows (but not limited to):

  • Daily channel management: plan and execute the always-on content calendar, post and schedule content, reply to comments and engage with the community, manage the inbox, and identify real-time content opportunities.
  • Manage Achieve Australia's social media channels, overseeing content from internal stakeholders and optimizing these to best communicate and reach key targeted demographics to meet business objectives.
  • Provide technical digital advice and support to the marketing and communications team when required.
  • Ensure that all digital communications are on brand and consistent across all digital and social channels.

About you:

To be successful in this role you require to meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience (2 years) in a similar role within a communications and marketing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and engage a social community across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the social media landscape - you know the in's-and-outs of each platform, cutting-edge and emerging content trends, and the tips and tricks to outsmart any algorithm
  • Solid knowledge of social media analytics and social media management tools (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Creator Studio, Facebook Business Manager)
  • Comfortable and competent posting compelling content on Facebook Pages, Instagram (Business Profile) and LinkedIn.
  • Exceptionally resourceful - if you don't have the answer you go out and find it. You don't wait for someone to teach you, you teach yourself
  • A desire to work in a highly motivated and ambitious team where speed and agility is valued.
