About the Role

The Executive Support role will provide a range of administration and project management support services to the Office of the CEO and Business Unit Executive, providing a consistent high level support service and managing competing priorities. This role is a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This role will suit someone with previous experience supporting senior executives. You will be confident in working and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders in a busy and professional environment.

Reporting to the Manager CEO Office you will be part of the CEO Office Executive Support Team. You will provide a range of services to the Executive Achieve Foundation and Executive People, Performance & Culture. These will include calendar management, document management, travel and meeting arrangements, organising events, and assisting with projects where required.

Essential Selection Criteria

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Ability to engage and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A flexible and mature working style, and the ability to work quickly and across multiple deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills coupled with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and judgement when dealing with confidential documents and information.
  • Take ownership and accountability for tasks and shows initiative.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems and communication tools.
