About the role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for HR Business partner with strong HR project management, employee engagement, employee relations and change management skills to work collaboratively with Operations Senior leaders and across the People Performance and Culture team.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will project manage the implementation of key support workforce transformation programs working closely with the General Manager People Operations and Operations Management. Managing a small dedicated project team, and input from across the business, the key will be your influencing, problem solving and engagement skills, as well as your pragmatic hands-on approach.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a strong IR/ER knowledge and experience in conducting investigations (client-related allegations) within community services, disability or healthcare sectors. A background within a role that has a strong focus on strategy, delivery and change management, with a hands-on approach, would be highly regarded. The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Previous experience in an HRBP or Specialist role, with strategic and operational responsibility in disability, community services or similar industry
  • True generalist experience, with Employee Relations/Industrial Relations capability
  • Ideally demonstrated knowledge of sector-related Awards
  • Degree qualified in HR or relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated advanced communication skills (verbal and written), effective presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
