The Nursing Service Manager will lead the practice, coordinate services and ensure the execution of our vision at a local level, including:
As a Nursing Manager, you will also be responsible for driving Achieve Australia's practice framework into service outcomes aligned to Achieve's purpose and strategic direction. Bring inclusion and diversity to life at a practical service cluster level.
As a successful candidate for the Nursing Service Manager role you can demonstrate clinical skills in the NDIS High-Intensity Skill descriptors with the view of assessing other staff's ability to perform these to the Achieve Australia Policies & Procedures.
