Achieve has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW.

About the role

Reporting to the Resourcing Manager you will take ownership of the recruitment activity and outcomes through effective planning and implementing different sourcing strategies. The role entails

  • Lead high-volume assessment centre processes and specialised campaigns, working under pressure to remain on schedule and balance competing priorities
  • Tailor acquisition strategies to support operational and site requirements, that reach high-quality talent
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool of suitable profiles for a range of roles;
  • Maintain a high level of candidate care, ensuring a positive experience throughout the application process;
  • Manage talent analytics to report on activity and data, working towards decreasing turnover, hiring time and cost of hire; and increasing quality of hire and referral rates;
  • Focus on the continuous improvement of talent acquisition, strategy, resources and tools, analytics, processes, and procedures
  • Developing effective and collaborative working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with senior managers and people leaders to optimise resourcing and recruitment activities, processes, and strategies across the organisation
  • Design and deliver recruitment skills training for those involved in the selection process
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of the process, maintain contemporary knowledge of best practices;

About you

The suitable incumbent would have:

  • 3+ years experience in all elements of the talent acquisition process including attraction, pipeline and database management, behavioural interviewing, candidate management and networking across a variety of mediums (Linked In, Facebook, Industry forums);
  • Outstanding communication coupled with strong engagement skills and an influential style;
  • Experience in innovated sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive talent, and forecast for future needs;
  • Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and manage expectations;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; and
  • Experience using LiveHire, and ELMO systems (desirable)
