Action Your Ability Support Services is a new progressive team of professionals offering a range of support services to NDIS participants. We are committed to industry best practice through service excellence and developing a highly skilled team of professionals.

We are looking for exceptional Disability Support Workers who can:

• Assist with personal care like showering, toileting, dressing and grooming
• Assist with community access and recreational activities
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation

You will be:

• Looking for casual shift work
• Team orientated
• Committed to supporting NDIS participants build their independence, and
• Possess a passion to support and care for others

What we need:

• Legal right to work in Australia
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Unrestricted Drivers License
• Your own registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Covid19 Vaccination Certificate (3x vaccinations)
• First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Certificate IV in Disability preferred but not essential.

We will offer you:

• $35.00 to $41.00 per hour casual rates + penalty rates + Super
• Kilometre allowance when transporting participants, using your own vehicle
• Ongoing training and support
• Supervision and feedback
