Our NDIS service is unique. Powered by Big Brothers Big Sisters Australia long term mentoring program, the model is used to create positive relationships and support for young people aged 7 to 25.

The role of the Program Coordinator is to develop and coordinate the Allcare Community Support Victoria Program. This exciting position will give you an opportunity to work autonomously with the support of a great team.
The position is part time, 15.2 hours per week with the flexibility to work hours that suit you.
We are looking for a empathetic, and respectful person who is looking to make a positive impact on the lives of others. You will be a proactive and inspiring leader who can hit the ground running to manage strategic and day-to-day operations and further develop the program to ensure that it is in the forefront in the provision of disability services for young people.
You will have the skills to self manage, problem solve, plan and organise, have leadership skills, be innovative, value services and diversity.
