This is an exceptional opportunity to make your mark as a consummate leader within a well-regarded and successful not for profit organisation.
My client, Centacare New England North West, provides a broad range of community services including cultural programs, counselling and psychological support, family mediation and support for people with disabilities and those living with mental illness.
Centacare NENW is a Catholic agency that provides services to the entire community, regardless of religion, circumstance, ethnicity, economic situation, age, gender or ability.
Together with a committed and experienced executive the CEO will be the driving force for change, growth and advocacy within a highly supportive framework of contemporary governance practice.
The role will include evolving the capabilities of Centacare through new services and resources to support the changing needs of the community, creating funding initiatives while preserving current sources, improving the technology and ensuring organisation wide strategic alignment.
You are a passionate and engaging leader and you believe in empowering and growing people from within the organisation as well as promoting collaboration and innovation.
Using your well-developed communication skills you are able to present a clear vision and attract stakeholder and broader community support.
You back yourself with having well-developed financial and commercial acumen and you have a track record of exercising good judgment when it comes to originating or capturing opportunities.
Currently, you are either a CEO or a senior executive within a successful business or you are in a community service organisation which could be faith-based or secular, a government agency or a purpose driven entity. Either way you are ready for a change and to make a difference to the well-being of the community.
The successful candidate must become a resident in either Tamworth, Armidale or the respective environs.
A six-figure package will be negotiated as well as the relocation allowance.
Australian taxation laws provide tax concessions for employees of not for profit organisations like Centacare NENW.
