Experienced and passionate Program Manager to develop and lead our growing Disability Services Program.

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully managing a team of staff to develop and run a portfolio of services that fall within our Disability Services program. This position is unique because it offers a management role from supervising the day-to-day operations of the program to developing and implementing strategic financial and operational initiatives to develop the program. The role will challenge you and provide you the opportunity to manage competing priorities, complex scenarios and implement an outcomes based accountability framework.

This role spans across multiple functions such as leadership, direction and accountability for the service delivery of our programs, thereby ensuring the quality and performance of our services is in line with the NDIS Quality framework.
