Anglicare’s Disability Support Workers provide direct care and support to clients to ensure that their individual needs are met. Anglicare works with clients using a person centred approach to assist and support clients to live a full life. The aim is to assist clients to develop additional skills in line with their goals and support plan.

As this is a hands on role, it is most suitable for active individuals who can perform manual handling duties.
Disability Support Workers must be willing and available to work a variety of shifts over a 24 hour period if required.

On commencement the successful applicant will be required to undertake our structured Safeguarding Children Training program.
