We are seeking dynamic, passionate and pioneering individuals for Relief and Store Manager positions who have a desire to contribute and be a part of our incredible journey of successful Indigenous Enterprise.

In this exciting and challenging role in a unique setting you'll be busy:

  • Assisting and handling the day-to-day running of various remote stores
  • Overseeing stock management, store financials and general housekeeping
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with the local community

We are the Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation (ALPA). We started in tin sheds in the early 1970s and have grown to become the leading operator of stores and provider of training and accounting services to Aboriginal communities throughout Australia's north with operations in 25 communities and over 1200 staff. We are also the service provider for the Community Development Program (CDP) in a number of regions and operate several social enterprises spanning construction, accommodation, mechanical repairs, homeland servicing, and furniture manufacture.

You'll also love your seven weeks of annual leave, 11.5% superannuation and free, fully-furnished accommodation. These positions will be based in various remote communities throughout the NT and Far North Queensland.
