We are currently seeking a SIL Administration Officer to support our Operations team in the day-to-day administrative requirements for a full time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate relevant documentation for SIL customers, including the rostering and evidence gathering component of the SIL quote.
  • Application and monitoring of billing in RITEQ for community participation and irregular supports
  • Track expenditure against NDIS plans.
  • Monitor and track all SIL income for timely renewals. (submission process)
  • In collaboration with relevant service providers develop timely renewal of SIL quotes and related documentation.
  • Respond to queries and feedback to the Senior SIL accountant where required
  • In collaboration with CECs and Service Managers develop service agreements and schedules of support and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor effective and timely SIL billing, reporting errors and issues to finance for resolution.
  • Management reporting as required
  • Addressing ad hoc queries as and when they arise
  • Provide RITEQ support

Skills that make you stand out:

  • Administration experience preferably in a similar industry
  • A positive and contemporary attitude to people with disability, their families and carers
  • High-level administration skills, including document control and a quality management focus
  • Excellent computer literacy and well-developed technology skills for administration, including intermediate to advanced level Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective time management and coordination of tasks
  • Demonstrated commitment to Aruma values and Code of Conduct
  • A current Australian driver's license
