About the role

The purpose of the Cluster Store Manager role is to manage the daily operations across numerous Australian Red Cross retail stores.

In conjunction with the Area Manager the Cluster Manager is responsible for driving sales to achieve targets, recruit and build a co-operative workforce team in each store and manage the daily operations across multiple stores.

The Cluster Manager will ensure store budgets are met, adequate training and support is provided to all team members and a strategic plan to actively drive stock donations is followed. Promote a proactive approach to the management of WHS issues and ensure implementation of the Red Cross WHS plan/strategy in addition to ensuring security procedures are adhered to.

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience in fashion retail management
• Sound presentation and visual merchandising skills
• Knowledge of fashion trends relevant to the Brand and experience working with a recognised fashion Retailer
• Proven experience in managing and setting budgets
• High level of customer service skills, including complaint handling
• Experience in managing both staff and volunteers (highly desired)
