Drive business profitability by ensuring stores, catalogue and online sales channels are differentiated from our competitors with high quality, fast turning, fashionable product appropriate to local markets. Responsible for stock procurement (new purchased, private ranges, new donated, recycled donated), range planning, inventory management, stock allocations, pricing and margin management.
Along with superior negotiation and communication skills gained from previous experience in similar roles, you have strong retail merchandise knowledge and an extensive understanding of specialty retail operations. You have proven abilities in understanding and implementing strategies and a data driven approach to inventory management and merchandise planning. You demonstrate a keen interest in fashion, have a creative flair for product development and are passionate about sourcing great product.
To be successful in this role you will require knowledge of the Australian fashion industry & brands, understanding of fashion trends, and experience in fashion retail.
