Ensure that the Transport service is delivered professionally and effectively as part of the Commonwealth Home Support Programs (CHSP), across South Australia. Ensuring that the service is accurate and efficient by scheduling client trips using an online scheduling and dispatching system, assisting with client service including enquiries, bookings and issues or concerns, maintain records and service statistical data for monthly reporting and stakeholder communication. You will also work in cooperation with the Transport staff and volunteers, to develop and implement strategies to improve client experiences of Red Cross services.
We are looking for an individual with a professional work ethic to join our faced paced Transport team. You are someone who can demonstrate a strong focus on client service, prides themselves on attention to detail, has good analytical skills, can confidently communicate with clients and stakeholders, you have experience and the ability to work closely with and support volunteers, and you are an individual who strives to maintain high quality standards in all that they do. An essential requirement is the ability to multitask, prioritising competing demands while maintaining professional behaviour.
Relevant qualifications, skills and/or experience in logistics, administration, or related fields, a current SA driver’s licence and a DCSI clearance for working with vulnerable persons are requirements for this role.
