About the role

This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients. This role includes varied responsibilities such as assisting our clients with personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, socialising, and transportation services. Each client has a tailored program developed with their family and Case Manager to meet their individual goals and this generates a varied and dynamic work environment for our Home Care Workers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality Aged Care and Other Home Services. You will strive to go above and beyond, exceeding expectations in every way and providing an environment for our clients that's not just safe and comfortable, but a thoroughly enjoyable place to be.

Skills you’ll need to succeed

• Qualified with a Certificate III in Community Care or Aged Care
• Current and unrestricted Driver's Licence
• A registered motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to attain
• Valid Australian work rights and/or Visa for overseas applicants
• Competent verbal and written communication skills
• An awareness of WH&S and manual handling procedures
• Relevant experience with Aged Care/Disability Support and a genuine desire to help others
• The ability to manage a demanding workload and a range of priorities
• The ability to use a smartphone (touch screen, internet, and email functions)
• Positive attitude and adaptable to change
