About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional who enjoys establishing partnerships and collaborative relationships within the Belconnen region and within other services across the ACT region.

You will be accountable for the following tasks:

  • Working with other Network Coordinators to develop a Network Service Activity Plan
  • Developing service user feedback surveys
  • The Identification and reporting of service gaps through data collection
  • Development of opportunities for services to build collaborative partnerships to improve service outcomes
  • Provision of support and leadership for professional practice and lead practice forums
  • Work with the Education and Training Directorate and other human services to develop local focus services
  • Coordinating and attend relevant networking and stakeholder meetings

Essential Qualification:

Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Development, Community Education or other related discipline
