We currently have a permanent, full time opportunity for a CRM Technical Consultant to join our Technology team. This role will support the bank in the day to day support and administration of CRM and contribute to the delivery of enhancements.

The role will be responsible for extensive stakeholder engagement and management, ranging from colleagues across all levels of the organisation through to external technical architects and software specialists where collaboration will maintain the CRM system

What you will be doing

  • Manage the Dynamics support-model, ranging from system break-fix scenarios through to minor enhancements on an existing Dynamics module
  • Support of CRM System, including managing and resolving incidents, service requests and working with 3rd party vendors
  • Perform preventative maintenance on the CRM system
  • Work with various teams across the business to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation and ownership of UAT test scripts
  • Provide expert technical support, guidance and direction on new CRM enhancements and optimisations
  • Collaborate with internal SME’s and external consultants to understand and design current and future state technical architectures required to support CRM
  • Work as part of the Information Technology (IT) department to ensure the maintenance, build and development of CRM aligns with the bank’s governance and change management framework
  • Assist in solution deployment activities across all installed instances of CRM

What you will bring

  • Experience in CRM support, in a similar role supporting end-to-end applications is essential
  • Experience working with Dynamics CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of technical languages such as SQL, SSIS, SSRS, JavaScript, HTML and .Net FrameworksExperience in governance principles around change management
  • Experience with process optimisation using technology solutions
  • Ability to communicate strategic and technical concepts with clarity to stakeholders across all levels of technical competence
  • Proven ability and experience in working with third party providers and vendors
  • Ability to lead, manage and participate in a dynamic team of inter-disciplinary professionals
  • A self-starting, results driven attitude
  • Ability to provide strategic advice and recommendations to management
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and actions
  • Past experience working in finance services sector is a bonus
