Role Summary

Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, this unique role will be responsible for managing existing clients and driving new business with clients in VIC, SA, WA and TAS.

This role would be ideal for a strong business developer looking to focus on nurturing relationships and developing existing business as well as targeting new potential clients within health, education and government.

The goal is to grow the customer base by implementing sales and marketing initiatives that clearly position the strategic and operational value of AccessEAP’s services in the minds of customer markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling organic new business acquisition, prospect and identify new business
  • Contribute to developing sales initiatives and plans to sell AccessEAP to target markets
  • Develop individualised customer engagement strategies by interpreting internal data and research
  • Organise and conduct customer meetings, presentations and pitch to a variety of stakeholders
  • Write and interpret tenders, prepare sales contracts and participate in the development of sales policy, recommending product line revisions as well as pricing changes
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop growth and retention strategies for national accounts across the portfolio

Essential criteria

  • You will display the ability to be a leader of your work and attributes of resilience and courage
  • The role requires someone with strong business development skills and an excellent ability to build and nurture relationships
  • You will be results driven whilst maintaining integrity and company values
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and be emotionally intelligent
  • Experience in B2B relationship management and customer advocacy, ideally in the provision of EAP, wellbeing, leadership, HR or organisational development services.
