Bethany Community Support has been in operation for over 150 years and has supported individuals within the community through a number of programs. We have a broad range of programs which:

Bethany is excited to advertise for the role of Housing Case Manager. This position is fixed term full time for three months and will be reporting to the Ben Reeves, the Housing Team Leader. The core purpose of this role is to provide Housing Case Management predominantly in the Homelessness Support Program for in the Housing Program with Bethany Community Support.
Key Duties
- Provide case management support to service users who have been allocated properties for which Bethany has allocation and nomination rights.
- To contribute to the development of a clearly articulated model for case management within the housing program that promotes planning, coordination and sustainable assistance to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- Provide quality case consultation to Housing Workers and other professionals including stakeholders to identify pathways and key transition points that focus service users moving towards long-term stable and secure accommodation in either public housing, community housing or private rental.
- Provide advocacy and advanced practice support to families with high level of complexity with support to establish and sustain tenancy.
- Maintain accurate and appropriate service user files in line with accreditation standards, maintain complete and accurate data and to follow agency policies, procedures and program service standards.
