We are looking for Casual Supporter Care Admin Officers to join our Supporter Care team across peak periods of the year.

The Casual Supporter Care Admin Officer is the first point of contact for supporters, delivering high quality customer care, and processing donations and memberships.

With excellent privacy compliance, data integrity and attention to detail, this role contributes to BirdLife’s income generation and supporter engagement.

You will do this by:

• Acting as the ‘first port of call’ for all supporter enquiries via phone, mail and email
• Triaging enquiries and ensuring timely and appropriate responses
• Ensuring all communications are accurately recorded on the CRM
• Conducting fundraising and engagement calling campaigns
• Processing donations and memberships
• Issuing receipts, welcome packs and brochures
• Organising incoming post and banking

Status and remuneration:

This is a casual position, rostered throughout the year with variable hours, particularly during peak campaign periods.

Salary $36.76 per hour plus 10.5 % Superannuation. This role is based at BirdLife Australia National Office, Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria.
