About the role

As an Enrolled Nurse with Bolton Clarke you are required to provide a broad range of client care across a variety of clinical practice areas. You will be required to support our clients in the Northern Region of Melbourne in their homes. This role is offering 30-35 hours a week and will include:

  • Provide for and monitor the care of clients and their carers
  • Use a systematic multiple approach to clinical decision-making
  • Develop appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
  • Collaborate with the health care team to achieve client outcomes
  • Participate in the development of a supportive environment with colleagues

What do we need from you?

  • Sound generalist nursing skills and a genuine interest in community nursing, aged care, diabetes and wound management
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Experience in acute and aged care is highly desirable
  • Must be flexible to cover a variety of shifts including weekends
  • Valid working rights
  • If appointed, a satisfactory Police Check will be required
  • A pre-employment medical assessment may be required for this role

  • Experience in a similar role within Aged Care or similar field
