Experienced in the disability sector, you will be passionate about delivering person-centred outcomes for participants and striving to deliver professional development for the staff that you manage.
We are looking for a new accommodation manager to join our team, with this position currently based in Port Macquarie.
Ideally you will have experience managing a supported independent residence, but this is not essential.
A solid understanding of the NDIS as well as great people skills will place you well to apply for this role. With a proactive approach to everything you do, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful management of the supported independent living homes that you manage.
It is important to us that you align with our mission, core values and culture.
Applicants must have a current Drivers Licence, NDISWC (or willing to apply), Working with Children Check and First Aid
