Temporary Administration Assistant

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

To provide crucial administrative support to the organisation as we implement new programs and to ensure our Community Hub continues to be managed effectively.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / POSITION ACTIVITIES

  • Manage booking enquiries
  • Induction of hirers and Community Hub partners (including the completion of relevant documentation)
  • General administration of the Community Hubs
  • General Administration support to the organisation
  • Monitoring and responding to general enquiries

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Start in early July
  • Some understanding of the Community Services sector is ideal
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Assertive communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace or a willingness to learn
  • Quick learner
  • Sound relationship management skills
  • Ability and willingness to pivot and adapt to a changing environment
