Focusing on the delivery of quality service to our customers, we are looking for a highly skilled, committed, passionate leader to take on the role of State Operations Manager (SOM) for Queensland. As the SOM, you will have operational oversight of all customer services and programs within Queensland and will be responsible for service delivery, partnership management and maintaining successful networks across services in Queensland with respect to relevant contracts, legislation, organisational procedures and best practice. Your main tasks will include (but are not limited to):
To be successful as our State Operations Manager for Queensland you will need to demonstrate success leading at a senior management level in social services or government sector, as well as a sound understanding of best practice social housing management, policy and legislation applying to the community housing industry.
