Following the recent acquisition of Car Next Door by Uber, we have bold ambitions and growth plans for 2023 and beyond. To hit our goals, we’ll need to streamline our internal tools, processes and automations to deliver excellent customer service experiences at scale. As a Service Design Lead, you will develop effective practices for maintaining a high bar of quality, consistency and efficiency across our service touchpoint and build a small team of high performing service designers.
