Digital Marketing Coordinator - Work From Home

Cerebral Palsy Support Network

Who are we?

We are the Cerebral Palsy Support Network - we support and empower people with disability.

CPSN is a not-for-profit (for purpose) organisation that provides information, services and supports to people with cerebral palsy (and like conditions) and their families.

We have over 20 years representing the Cerebral Palsy community in Victoria and have rapidly grown to nearly 2000 members, including those that use our Innovative Choices program funded through the NDIS. We are small(ish) (and proud of it!) but very determined to make a difference in every life we contact.

The Opportunity:

Use your experience to make a difference in individual lives.

Do you want to make an impact in the community and to people who need support?

Imagine using the power of digital marketing to make a real difference to individuals and to help people use their voice or have their voice heard.

We are looking for a talented digital marketer who wants to add value to the disability community by bringing ideas & people together.

CPSN has a purpose to ‘give back’ to the disability community – not just words but it’s in our core reason for being. Founded by parents and now with over 2000 members, we need a digital expert who can play across multiple channels and engage in conversations that bring more independence and ability to our community.

We are not your average disability provider, we are leading the sector in business processes and techniques to represent the best of ‘for purpose’ organisations. That includes a fully remote operation.

Reporting to our General Manager, Business and Member Services, you will be responsible for the design and production of our digital marketing program and will assist in the alignment of operations and performance with strategic operational objectives.

Why CPSN?

Flexible, positive, supportive and collaborative environment with added perks!

We can offer you:

  • Flexible working conditions (including remote work) and an amazing work-life balance
  • Salary packaging benefits (up to $15,900 tax-free p.a.)
  • A range of additional and generous leave provisions
  • A supportive, encouraging, innovative and passionate team
  • Exciting work in a small(ish), but mighty, organisation with passion and a BIG impact
  • On-going training, team support and professional development

What you need to succeed!

You need to live CPSN's values, drive human rights and be a great team player.

Having a shared vision and mutual values is our foundation for success. Our values are: Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Courage and Responsiveness.

In addition to being a value-match to CPSN, you will have:

  • 5+ years experience (preference) as a digital marketer/comms professional
  • B2C (and/or) B2B experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Marketing, PR, Business, Communications)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get this, you just need to be willing to obtain it)
  • Strong people orientation and respect for organisational values and culture
  • High level computer literacy, including use of digital platforms and social media

It's our preference if you have experience and connections in the disability sector, but it's more important to us that you share our values, respect human rights and have the capacity to understand our customers and stakeholders.
