About the job:

As a Candidate Coach, you will be connecting our customers and employers within the local job market. We are expanding our team and coming into a time of growth. We want employers around town to hear about who we are and what we do, so we can help more locals into employment. 

What you will do:

• Be a role model for Campbell Page by upholding the organisations values
• Engage with Campbell Page customers to support their development
• Provide support to mentor and guide customers towards vocational success
• Build and foster relationships with internal and external customers and employers
• Negotiate employment opportunities on behalf of customers
• Be customer service, administration focused and not afraid of challenges or to think outside the box
