As State Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality psycho-social support to young people and families impacted by cancer, through the provision of counselling services and digital in-person programs.
Reporting to the Head of Services and Engagement, you will set and implement a strategic vision for both South Australia and the Northern Territory, in alignment with Canteen’s national strategic plan. You will lead and support a multi-disciplinary services team of seven to ensure a high-quality approach to service delivery and a high-performance team culture.
You will be a strong leader with confident networking skills and proven experience building effective relationships with external stakeholders to drive organisational awareness and increase service opportunities across both service areas. You will be the brand representative for the wider Canteen organisation, responsible for working closely with fundraising, marketing, partnerships, policy and advocacy and research teams, to tailor and implement their national strategies at a local level.
