Cancer Trials Australia (CTA) is a not-for- profit member-based organisation consisting of 34 clinical sites and 3 medical research institutes across Australia and New Zealand. We support the administration and management of clinical trials across both metropolitan and regional hospitals. We work in close partnership with clinical research sites, sponsors and CRO’s to ensure patients can gain access to appropriate clinical trials as quickly as possible. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join the Information Systems team to assist with the development and implementation of CTA’s cybersecurity framework (CIS Critical Security Controls) and support CTA’s cybersecurity maturity and growth. This role will involve reviewing and building on an existing analysis, to document and develop internal work practice guidelines and policies and procedures that will form the governance of CTA’s cybersecurity framework, connecting people, process and technology.
This role requires an individual who enjoys documenting and writing policies and procedures, independently plan and prioritise work activities. This role also requires a proactive approach to cybersecurity education and training, with a commitment to building a robust cybersecurity culture.
You will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly and concisely document and develop Cybersecurity policies and procedures, nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining a team focused, professional and proactive approach in all activities.
