ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Corporate Services Director, the Office Manager is responsible for the day to day management of our national office in North Sydney and supporting the executive with governance related tasks and bequests administration.

Your Interest:

Your Experience:
- Demonstrated experience and success in an office management role (minimum 5 years experience).
Your Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
- Able to negotiate priorities and manage multiple tasks when there are competing deadlines and limited resources.
- Meeting management ability – Agendas, Agenda papers and Minutes.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and works autonomously, using initiative when required, with a disciplined and determined approach.
- Computer skills particularly in MS-Office.
Desirable Requirements
- Either a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a business oriented field (eg. Business or Management).
- Demonstrated event management experience.
- Understanding of the Catholic Church structure and culture.
