We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for two separate opportunities to be involved in our Workplace Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Legal Services (WSHD) Project.

The WSHD Project is a result of Recommendation 53 of the Australian Human Rights Commission’s Respect@Work report of the National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces.

Circle Green Community Legal is the lead agency delivering the Project in Western Australia.

The project includes the following components:

• Identify current or emerging legal need
• Develop responsive intake pathways
• Deliver legal advice and legal assistance services
• Deliver community legal education
• Develop pro-bono resources
• Capacity build within the legal assistance sector
• Undertake project outcomes measurement, impact, and evaluation
