We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our Community Wellbeing Team. You will work collaboratively across council to deliver several significant projects for the community. The role will advance council’s work in the following areas:

• First Nations Reconciliation Action Plan
• Multicultural Action Plan
• Community Grants Program, and
• Homelessness in Clarence.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Well-developed facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans and policies at the local level
• An understanding of community development principles, engagement, and community participation
• Experience in project management, program planning and partnership development, and
• Excellent time management skills.

A salary between $81,442.13 and $90,527.76 will be negotiated with the preferred candidate, plus 12.5% superannuation and a 19-day month.
