We are seeking an enthusiastic & self-motivated digital marketing professional to join our team to help grow the Climate Valuation brand.

THE ROLE

We seek an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, specialising in website, digital marketing and content strategy.

This key role will contribute to the development and implementation of the brand’s vision and strategic direction, with support and leadership from within the wider organisation’s Marketing and Communications function.

You will report to the General Manager of Climate Valuation, and work alongside the Product & Business Development Manager in a small, agile team to develop, implement and manage the end-to-end processes that deliver a seamless customer experience and high conversion rate. As the Climate Valuation brand custodian, you’ll ensure all marketing elements are delivered in line with our brand guidelines across all of our digital marketing and social media efforts.

The role is flexible in terms of location within Australia (Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast or Adelaide preferred) with a combination of remote and office-based working as required.

The core responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a clear digital marketing and communications strategy for that brand that aligns with wider organisational goals.
  • Work with our marketing agency to develop, implement and manage the end-to-end process of our digital marketing plans ensuring seamless messaging across all elements on and offline.
  • Manage the development of marketing collateral in line with our brand guidelines, marketing objectives and marketing strategy.
  • In collaboration with the product manager, help drive business profitability by improving conversion, traffic, optimisation, and customer experience.
  • Drive high value traffic through the management of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM and paid social ads.
  • Manage our brand’s content-based website, with a focus on traffic volume, engagement and conversion rates.
  • Produce, review and analyse monthly marketing activities via our marketing dashboard and deliver fortnightly updates to management.
  • Manage social media paid & unpaid content strategy development and implementation.
  • Manage lead acquisition and segmentation of CRM & its application for strategic marketing initiates.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on marketing and communication related matters to the broader Climate Valuation team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SELECTION CRITERIA

The successful candidate is commercially minded, understanding the importance of compelling content in driving engagement, as well as the data and technical driven side of successful marketing campaigns and communications.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the below key areas:

  • Digital Advertising (managing, implementing, and reporting on paid marketing including Paid Search, Social & Display)
  • CRM systems
  • Managing/growing an engaged database and ability to showcase an excellent level of customer service
  • Highly developed marketing automation skills, including experience in automation, audience segmentation & customer journeys
  • Previous experience with website development & content management particularly WordPress Elementor
  • Any prior experience in environmental, science-based or climate change related positions will be highly regarded but not necessary

Location: Flexible with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Newcastle

Position: Full time (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm) – Immediate Start
