ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

CoAbility is a leading independent NDIS Support Coordination provider in Victoria.

Our team of passionate Support and Specialist Support Coordinators deliver person-centred support and outcomes that make an invaluable impact on the lives of the people we serve.

We have successfully set our team up as a fully remote workforce who work from their home base. This has been adapted in recent times to comply with COVID mandated requirements whilst maintaining the level of service to our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role/s will focus on addressing challenges, connecting with supports, building capacity and resilience, and achieving goals outlined in the participant's NDIS plan.

Successful applicant/s will bring:

• solid experience in the community services environment
• support coordination skills
• stakeholder engagement ability
• demonstrated understanding of how best to access and maintain services for participants
• excellent report writing skills and
• dedicated commitment to supporting and improving outcomes for the people we serve.

YOU WILL HAVE

• Own home office
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
• Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a National Police check, International Police check (if required), a clear DWES check, a current Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee).
