As a part of the Mission Australia Group, they currently manage 3,876 properties, providing social and affordable rental housing to low and moderate-income households and a safe place to call home for 7,781 tenants across Australia.

Reporting to the General Manager, Operations you will be responsible for the management of the Mission Australia Housing team across NSW, including Housing Services, Asset Services and Community Development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in the leadership and delivery of housing services within a social housing context, with a demonstrated knowledge of social housing systems, policy and procedures. You will have the proven ability to drive continuous improvement in service delivery, improve performance against operational KPIs, whilst meeting and exceeding government, funder and regulatory requirements.

In addition, you display proficient people management and communication skills, have an appetite for innovation, be a self-motivated leader and mentor who is accountable for their decisions. You will champion operational excellence, display a proficient business acumen and have a tertiary qualification in either Housing, Business, Management or Community Services.
