Do you have an excellent eye for detail, experience in qualitative and quantitative research using complex software, a focus on customer service and an interest in growing our work? If so, we would love to hear from you. This role offers the chance to make a difference to tenants’ lives by leading the community housing industry’s survey, research and data work.
CHIA NSW is the industry peak body for community housing in NSW. We have managed a successful tenant satisfaction and outcomes survey service for community housing providers and other organisations since 2012. The primary focus of this role is the successful delivery and expansion of CHIA NSW’s survey and benchmarking service. The service is growing and CHIA NSW now runs satisfaction surveys for community housing providers around Australia and is diversifying into related fields.
CHIA NSW’s data-related services have expanded significantly over the past eight years. Further expansion is now planned through the Industry Data Hub, a key development for CHIA NSW and the sector. The data hub will significantly enhance members’ ability to drive continuous improvement through improved data visualisation and benchmarking experience. The end product is a collection of data dashboards serving a range of audiences (both within and beyond the sector), underpinned by multiple data sources.
We are looking for an experienced customer research and survey analyst to lead and develop our survey service and the expansion of our data work. Your role would be to deliver an end to end survey service, including liaising with members, designing survey instruments, managing surveys, report writing and providing insights, data analysis and benchmarking. You will be an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial person who will expand the service and add value and insight for our members.
