This Opportunity

This is your opportunity to use your creative skills to contribute to the continued development of our highly regarded suite of online continence learning courses, webinars and educational resources. You will be creating professional development options for health professionals and others who support those living with bladder and bowel health issues.

The role reports to the Learning and Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The role is responsible for creating interactive and engaging eLearning content for health professionals and others who support those living with bladder and bowel health issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating prepared storyboards into interactive and engaging eLearning materials and content using Articulate Rise
  • Uploading courses to the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Engaging in co-design to ensure eLearning meets the needs of learners
  • Preparing reports on learner demographics and progress using the LMS

About you

Essential:

  • Relevant qualification or commensurate experience in online eLearning development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of online learning principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of preparing online learning for an adult audience
  • Extensive experience using Articulate Rise
  • Experience working with a Moodle based Learning Management System

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Managing multiple projects
