About the role

Corryong Health service’s general practice is actively seeking an experienced, driven and meticulously organised Practice Manager responsible for operational performance, attaining financial targets and preserving a healthy workplace culture.

Full-time or part-time tenure is open for negotiation. The successful candidate will lead a welcoming, professionally stimulating environment where optimum patient care and support is pinnacle.

The Practice operates 5-days per week and integrates with other hospital services.

Key duties include:

• The patient experience
• Management & recruitment of practice staff, nurses & general practitioners (including locums)
• Maintaining Quality, Continuous Improvement and Accreditation to targeted standards
• Lead and influence high standards in teamwork, collaboration, safety and culture
• Maximise revenue through effective application of Medicare system
