The Cotton On Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Cotton On Group.

Cotton On Foundation is a community of change makers like no other. A group united by a collective desire to create positive change in the world around us, centred on the provision of quality education as a tool to sustainably impact generations.

Through this unique partnership with customers and team members, the Cotton On Foundation is focused on empowering youth globally through the delivery of quality educational projects in Uganda, South Africa, Thailand and Australia.

Our products can be found in over 1,500 Cotton On Group stores globally with 100% off the proceeds contributing to empowering youth through quality education and wellbeing programs. Since inception in 2007, our customers have taken action and we have raised over AUD $130m for Cotton On Foundation supported projects globally.

As we look forward, we’ll continue to focus on delivering quality education but will broaden the scope of our projects, to focus on what belonging, wellbeing and sustainability means to the communities we partner with.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an inspiring and motivating individual to join our Foundation team as an Impact Specialist. You will enable our vision by ensuring COF projects and partnerships have the greatest impact on children’s lives and wellbeing. You will use project achievements to support and inspire teams to raise $150mill and have a positive impact on 2 million people over the next five years. You will own the Impact Framework globally, and consider stakeholders’ data needs, including Foundation decision makers, fundraising and engagement. You will analyse data and facilitate team use of the Impact Framework to improve performance and continuous learning. We will look to you to provide data and evidence of impact for teams to utilise to show the impact of their support, and inspire our team and customers. You will regularly monitor progress against our five year plan to ensure project activity is achieving the desired impact and outcomes. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience in outcome measurement for development projects.
• Proven ability to analyse data and report findings using clear, visual methods.
• Previous success using IT systems/tools and the establishment of digital systems.
• Ability to build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
