We are Queensland’s biggest childcare and kindergarten provider with nearly 350 early services across our sunny state. We strive to encourage a love of learning through our curriculum of Listening and Learning Together!

C&K Kedron Childcare Centre is a unique centre that caters for up to 100 children across a number of learning spaces. We are housed in a purpose-built facility which accommodates children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years. We also offer a unique outdoor environment with large natural play spaces.
We pride ourselves on our connection to the natural environment, our relationships with families and the community, and the inclusion of, and celebration of all cultures. Our Kedron centre reflects the C&K philosophy of inclusiveness and our spaces are designed to promote competence, independent exploration and nature-based play.
As our Director, you will have the power to shape the lives of our little superheroes by creating an environment where they can learn, grow, and have fun. You'll be responsible for running our childcare center like a well-oiled machine, and making sure that every child in our care is happy and thriving.

We are looking for an approachable leader amongst the community for families, children and employees; and a successful educator who has a hands-on approach in teaching as well as capable of managing the service operationally.
