In this role you will be working closely with the executive leadership team to provide a high level of amazing, seamless business support. You’ll align closely with Casa Capace’s culture and values to ensure that all work practices are undertaken with a sharp focus on compliance and customer experience.
Reporting to the CEO, this role predominantly work from home role will enjoy the support of a friendly, collaborative team within the wider DPN Group.
Key duties include:
- Executive leadership support including travel arrangements, calendar management, expenses, communications and meeting support (agendas, minutes, etc)
- Administration support including managing phones, visitors, office supplies, correspondence, implementation of new business procedures and other activities as required
- Customer engagement support by providing support to the sales team including research and presentation preparation
- Design and development support including designing and developing communication and presentation documents
- Compliance support to ensure Quality & Safeguards compliance is achieved
- Financial support to ensure monthly financials and invoicing is completed
- Process and workflow support through developing efficiencies and optimising processes and customer experience
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Experience in supporting a sales team, construction & development team, or accounting experience advantageous
- Appropriate technical and/or related industry qualifications: e.g. diploma or bachelor’s degree, Business Administration highly regarded
- Design background highly regarded
- Exceptional co-ordination skills and a natural ability to prioritise and organise tasks accordingly
- First-rate communication skills - both written and verbal
- Exceptional computer literacy, adept in using Microsoft Office suite - exposure to Mac computers beneficial
