An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Down Syndrome Victoria (DSV) team as ‘Employment Connections’ Project Manager. DSV will contribute to the development of the Employment Connections project as part of the federation of Down syndrome associations in Australia, and will deliver the program within Victoria.
This role is a part-time position (0.6 FTE, 23 hrs per week) to June 30 2022. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in employment for people with disability, including customised employment, and project management. A desire to contribute to DSVs vision of a society where people with Down syndrome are valued, reach their potential and are equal in every aspect of life is a must.
Down Syndrome Victoria is the state-wide peak membership organisation representing individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Down Syndrome Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1978 to provide support, information and resources to people with Down syndrome, their families and the broader community.
We work alongside people with Down syndrome and their families to reach their potential and live the lives they choose.
