Dohertys Creek P-9 College are seeking a self-driven, energetic and team-orientated Administration Officer to join our Administration Team in 2023.

As our Front of house representative, your role will be to foster a welcoming environment for all members of the Dohertys Creek P-9 College community. It is expected that you will provide an exception level of customer service and be competent in the provision of up to date and relevant information to all stakeholders.

Experience in a school environment is not essential however a willingness to learn and always grow in a supportive team environment is must.

You will be required to hold (or be prepared to obtain prior to the commencement date) a current Level 2 First Aid Training Certificate and Working With children Employee Check Card.

Key selection Criteria

  • SC1 Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks, including coordinating and supporting others in respect to specific work functions relevant to the role.
  • SC2 Demonstrated capacity to work and collaborate with others in a team environment.
  • SC3 Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively in a team environment, including high level oral and written communication skills.
  • SC4 Possess the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position. Knowledge of Compass and CASES21 would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • SC5 Demonstrated capacity provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders of the College.
  • SC6 A commitment to professional learning and growth for both self and others.
